How does financing work?

Most of our renovated homes qualify for traditional financing such as FHA, VA, and conventional loans. We can also connect you with local lenders who are familiar with our properties and can guide you through the process.

Move-in timelines depend on the stage of the property. Homes already completed are available for immediate purchase. Properties still under renovation will have an estimated completion date listed so you know when they will be ready.

Each property we renovate is updated with essential improvements such as modern kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, and in many cases, new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our goal is to deliver homes that are safe, stylish, and ready for your family on day one. Full renovation details are included in each listing so you know exactly what upgrades have been made.
